Winter Wonderland

It is officially Christmas Eve and we are beyond excited that this day is finally here (cue the shrills)!!!  After weeks of preparing and an entire year of waiting, it is here. . . it is finally here!!!  While I still feel as if there is so much to do (final shopping, wrapping gifts, cooking yummy grub, etc,), I could not wait any longer to share this stellar styled shoot by Melissa McCrotty Photography with you!  So without further adieu, tied with tinsel and finished off with a bow, here is a winter wonderland just for you. . .




















We are so very happy to share this holiday season with each of you and wish you and yours a wonderful week full of celebrations!

Darling!!!  Abby Jane Pate and Brian Higgins became husband and wife October 27, 2012. Yay!!!  Aren't they the cutest?!!  TWP wishes the newlyweds alllll the happiness in world!  If you misses Abby's bridal portraits you can see them here.  You def should check them out.  So pretty!

Happy Friday ladies and gents!  We are still without power, but still in commission, y'all!  Do you need a break from all the ice and Winter white as much as we do?  Wow!  What a week it has been!  To lift your mood, whether snowed in, still without power, or just for fun. . .we have a precious engagement session straight from the lens of a TWP favorite, KB McElmurry Photography!  Kelly Pearson and Ryan Self are two lovebirds with a love for each other and UCA!  Take a lookie. . .

Arkansas Bride: Gracie Lambright Phillips

We love these pretty winter bridals, especially the brooch bouquet and yummy fur!  We're always big fans of the little details that make a session personal.  These fabulous photos were shot on location at The Woman's City Club by Photography by KES Weddings.  Karen NEVER ceases to amaze us with her awesomeness!

Gracie Lambright and Justin Phillips tied the knot only yesterday (December 29, 2012) at Trinity Episcopal Church in Little Rock!  Yay, yay, YAY!!!  Their reception was held at The Woman's City Club.

TWP wishes the newlyweds a lifetime of love and laughter.  Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Phillips!!!

Stay safe and warm, lovelies.  Lend a hand when you can.  Lots of folks still without power in central Arkansas.

Happy New Years Eve, y'all!  On October 27, 2012 Sarah Brewer wed Devin McCullough in an intimate ceremony amongst family and friends.  The Manor House in Little Rock set the ideal backdrop for a special evening of celebration and fun!  Amongst the guests was Arkansas photographer, Kayleigh Ross of Kayleigh Ross Photography.  Lucky us, she provided us with this lovely look inside the big day. . .

Arkansas Proposal: Chelsea + Anthony

Welcome to the New Year, lovelies!  We hope you are as filled with optimism about 2013 as we are.  We've lots and lots to share with you this year including some super fab news that will knock your socks plum off. We're getting all our ducks in a row, so stay tuned!!!  Till then, enjoy all the wonderful Arkansas wedding posts we bring to you EACH and EVERY DAY.  First up, this oh-so-sweet proposal!  Sooooo precious.  :)

Oh how we adore a wonderful proposal.  Kudos to Anthony and all the thoughtful fellas who plan ahead and line up a photog to document the occasion.  So presh!

Chelsea Otwell and Anthony Saegert plan to exchange vows in July.  We are thrilled for these two cuties. Matt and Meghan of Aus10 Photoartists were chosen to capture all this sweetness.  Here's what they had to say about this fun day:
"Anthony is from Siloam Springs and Chelsea is from the Little Rock area.  They go to Harding University. The proposal was a pretty big ordeal - Anthony went to the trouble of setting up a fake contest from KLRC radio station for a day of pampering in Siloam Springs.  He then had his mom and sisters and her mom fill out contest forms so it looked legit.  He coordinated with several downtown businesses to create a special day that included a manicure, shopping spree at a local gift/clothing store, giftcards to the Cafe on Broadway and 28 Springs, a surrey bike ride through downtown, and then they finished up with photos! We coordinated with Anthony ahead of time to choose the location, and he even had Chelsea's dad in the woods on the other side of the creek filming it.  These two are super cute and we're so excited for them. ;)"

There you have it!  Doesn't get much sweeter than that.

Welcome, welcome to Thursday, TWPers!!!  We have such a special treat for you today!  For, today's wedding is in 3 parts.  Yep, THREE!!!  It's almost like 3 completely different weddings only the same sweet couple is featured in all 3 ceremonies!  :)  It's a day overflowing with family, friends, culture, tradition and lots and lots of love and WE get to be a part!  Enjoy. . . 
Goodness gracious.  How fab is this?!!  We are so thankful to Karen of Photography by KES Weddings for sharing her ahhh-mazing pics with TWP.  Here's what Karen had to say about this unique day:
"Hien and Boon were married on November 10, 2012 in a three-part, multicultural ceremony blending Vietnamese, Western and Laotian traditions.  The first ceremony took place at Hien's parent's house where the groom and his family came to the house.  The families were introduced and they presented the bride and her family with gifts.  After an introduction of family members from each side, the two families sat down for a meal."

Welcome back, friends.  If  you're just joining us, this is the third ceremony of a multicultural wedding celebration.  Enjoy Hien and Boon's Laotion ceremony. . .
Looks like a good time was had by one and all!  What a day of celebrations!!! Hien and Boon were married on November 10, 2012 in a three part ceremony blending Vietnamese, Western and Laotian traditions.  If you missed the Part I and Part II, just scroll down.  :)
