Every now and again we hear a story so moving it's actually hard to finish a post. This is one of those times. Read what photographer, Danielle Davis sent to us:
"Their story is extra special. Kevin has Cystic Fibrosis, a degenerate lung disease. Last year Kevin (a former NYC Ballet dancer!) was determined to run the New York marathon and Katie wouldn't dare let him do it without her. They ran together and at the finish line Kevin knelt down on one knee and asked Katie to marry him. They are truly two special people and I am honored to shoot their wedding this Saturday along with a wonderful mix of Arkansans and New Yorkers!"
Isn't that just the sweetest?!!! Arkadelphia's own Katie Kolb became the bride of Kevin Dwyer yesterday! November 17, 2012! We are thrilled for these two and wish them all the best! We're also thrilled this big city couple chose to have their dream wedding in Katie's beloved home state. . . Arkansas!!

Mallory Murphy is without a doubt one of the sweetest and most beautiful women out there. She has a heart of gold and now a fiance who loves her more than anything in the World. . . this was evident in Mr. Adam Blue's precious proposal to her (please read her sweet blog to learn more, here)! When we received Mallory and Adam's e-session from Mr. Nick Welch of Scout Visual we could harldy contain ourselves! Their personalities shine through (gorgeously) and today, here they are. . .the soon to be Mr. and Mrs. Blue. . . Don't y'all think Scout Visual hit this one out of the park? We sure do! We love Miss Mallory and Adam (and now Mr. Nick Welch) and can not wait for their June 2013 wedding in Little Rock! Until then. . .

It's Thanksgiving week and we are all anxiously awaiting the yumminess and relaxing community that Thursday is sure to bring! Although Thursday will be here before we all know it, we wanted to rev it up and bring you a big dose of fabulosity in the meantime. So, today we have the beautiful wedding of Stacy McGrew and Matthew Wilkins. Stacy and Matthew wed on September 22nd at the always magical Marlsgate Plantation in Scott, Arkansas. It was without a doubt a beautiful celebration and thankfully Christopher Nolan Photography was there to capture every precious moment, yippy!

Morning, y'all! Let's really chalk it up today. Literally! Chalk, used in all forms and fashions, has become quite a popular trend in weddings and events across the country. Whether your requesting the presence of your closest family and friends via chalk inspired invitations, or setting a backdrop for the ceremony of a lifetime, we are absolutely head over heels for this bit of inspiration! Keep it simple or really jazz it up! Regardless, chalk is in and we love it!

I'm giddy with excitement (like jumping with joy happy) over today's engagement session by the lovely Caleb and Kari Nichols of Cottonwood Studios Worldwide! For starters, how often do you get a beautiful backdrop on family land, surrounded by nearly magical looking horses? Well friends, today is your lucky day! The gorgeous Kristy Shinn of Lonoke, Arkansas is set to wed Mr. Carson Smith of Magnolia, Arkansas next year. Hopefully, these photos can tie you over until their big day. . .These two are super lucky! Mr. Smith, comes from such a wonderful family (one of my personal all-time favorites), and how lucky are they to gain such a beautiful lady in a family of two boys!
